Real Housewives Of Potomac Husband Involved In Drug Bust

The Real Housewives of Potomac are known for being high class, etiquette bearing "bourgeois" (to say the least) group of women. However, those stuck up attitudes and seemingly perfect lives are not so crystal clean - at least when it comes to Katie Rost's ex-fiancé, Andrew Martin.

The 44 year old was involved in a drug bust back in June 2011, when two parcels passing through the FedEx of Rockville, Maryland were detained by the Montgomery County Police Drug Interdiction Unit. The boxes, addressed to a decoy name at Martin's home, contained bags of marijuana that were “consistent with that of possession with intent to distribute.”

An undercover detective delivered the package to Martin's home, where someone who claimed to be working on his home accepted the package. Two hours later, a Maryland State SWAT team invaded the home.

Andrew Martin was not home at the time of the invasion however, in his room were glass pipes and marijuana, the boxes that were delivered earlier, $551 in cash, and a passport.  In the basement, they found several bags of marijuana and paraphernalia. Even more marijuana was found inside of a 2003 Mercedes in the garage, which was seized by police.

Martin was indicted and found guilty for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute on Jan. 20, 2012. He was sentenced to three years of probation.
