600 Cannabis Plants Found At Connecticut Daycare

A licensed daycare facility in West Haven, Connecticut is currently under investigation for having 600 marijuana plants found on its property.

State inspectors conducted a compliance inspection at the daycare where officers discovered a newly built wooden fence that was erected in order to separate the grow from the rest of the backyard. The plants were stated to have been growing anywhere from 6"-10" tall.

It is still unknown whether the plants were being grown for personal use or to be distributed. Nevertheless, the daycare has since been shut down by City Housing Inspectors and their license has been revoked. No arrests have been made however, the daycare and employees are still under investigation.
