$10M Worth Of K2 Found In Bronx Raid

On Wednesday, NYPD officers conducted a raid in the Bronx where two million packets of synthetic marijuana, also known as K2, were found.  The raid was a continuation of a bust which started last week that led to the indictment of 10 manufacturers and distributors from across the five boroughs of New York.

The use or sale of K2 is currently not illegal in New York however, there has been discussion of changing that in the future.  Wednesday's bust in a garage in the Bronx resulted in the discovery of two million packets of synthetic marijuana which has the street value equivalent of $10 million.  The drugs were pre-packaged in laundry bags.
