Men Arrested For Trafficking At PA Casino

Two men from New York and a Pennsylvania native were arrested at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem.  Police obtained a search warrant with the Bethlehem Police Department's Special Operations Bureau Vice Unit to raid their suite in the hotel of the casino.

Upon their discovery, officers found vacuum-sealed bags containing marijuana, packaging materials and other drug paraphernalia as well as $17,000 in cash.  David G. Powell, 33, of Rosedale, NY and Jamie Rosario, 38, of Astoria, NY were charged with one felony count of drug possession with intent to deliver.  Daniel Felix Cordero Jr., 29, of Macungie, PA was charged with three felony counts of drug possession with intent deliver after being stopped at an undisclosed location on the casino property in possession of a duffle bag containing several vacuum-sealed bags of cannabis.

All three men were arraigned and bail was set at $150,000 by District Judge James Narlesky.  They were all sent to Northampton County Prison to await their preliminary hearings.
