Tulsa Grow Found During Assault Investigation
Tulsa police were called by a domestic assault victim and also tipped off about a marijuana grow operation.
Officers reported to the home of a woman who told them that she had been pistol-whipped by her boyfriend. The gun was then pointed at her while being threatened to be killed. The incident lead to her calling the police and letting them know about his indoor grow operation in their apartment.
Justin Cleveland was arrested on complaints of domestic assault by strangulation, domestic assault in the presence of a minor, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after a felony conviction, felon in possession of a firearm, pointing a deadly weapon, possession of a stolen weapon and cultivation of marijuana.
More than 400 grams of marijuana and a stolen gun was found inside of the apartment. The victim was taken to the hospital.†
