Zimbabwe Prime Minister's Son Smokes Weed
Using marijuana is still illegal in Zimbabwe but like the U.S, it doesn't stop them from smoking. Even the Prime Minister of the country gets high! Bellarmine Chatunga, 19, knowingly has a habit of smoking "dagga" (marijuana) priced at what equals $5 for 5-10 grams.
The Dangerous Drugs Act of 1956 threatens South Africans if caught cultivating or smoking weed, you can face either a fine of up to $2,000 or up to ten years in prison. It's assumed that Chatunga wouldn't face those consequences.
Would you smoke under these circumstances?
